Ingredients (2 servings):
  *200 g Chicken Breast
-*1 Egg
-* Bread Crumbs
- *65 g Brown Rice
- *Fresh Black Pepper
- *Chilli Powder
- *1 Onion
- *200 g Sweet Peppers (paprika)

*Energy: 266 cal
*Protein: 30 g
*Carbohydrates: 31 g (sugar 4 g)
*Fat: 2.5 g (saturated 0.5 g)
*Fiber: 3 g

==Preparation:==

Cut each chicken breast in two pieces,.
 

Crack the egg into a glass bowl and beat it until it turn a pale yellow color,.
 

In another bowl put the breadcrumbs with fresh black pepper (and other spices you like),,.
 

First put the chicken pieces in the egg mixture, make sure the pieces are all covered. Then put the chicken 
pieces in to the breadcrumbs,,.
 

Heat up a non-stick pan, add a bit oil and fry the chicken,.
 

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package,,.
 

Cut the onion and sweet peppers into little pieces,.
 

Heat up another non-stick pan and fry the onion and sweet peppers with some chilli powder,.
Put everything on a plate and enjoy...
